Child Policy

​

Unlike many other small or boutique hotels Cuatre Finques do allow children and believes it adds to our relaxed and open ambience.  Children are normally only permitted in Frigola & Mistela rooms, so normally there will be a maximum of 4 children at one time.  Occasionally there will be an additional extra cot.  (This does not apply to exclusive use bookings).

50% deposit is payable by bank transfer upon booking with the remaining balance due in cash on arrival. For special offer rates the full amount is payable upon booking.

Cancellations / Offer Conditions

 

We understand that sometimes holidays have to be cancelled.  If we are able to resell the room then we will refund the money (minus 75e processing fee*).  If cannot resell, no matter what the reason, deposits will not be refunded  or transferred to another booking and the remaining room balance is still due.

 

Offers, Exclusive Use and group bookings deposits are always non-refundable.

 

 

Check-in / Check-out

 

We do our best to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals by 15:00 at the latest.  Check-out time is 11:00.

We understand you may want to arrive earlier or stay later than our check-in/check-out times.  We are happy for you to use the bar/pool area and we can store your luggage during these times (except for exclusive use bookings).
